Our Mission is to empower marginalized and sexually exploited girls and young women through rescue, trauma-informed care for recovery, education, and life-skills programming – equipping them to build independent, hopeful lives free from exploitation.
Our Vision
Garden for Hope’s vision is to ignite change so that Nepal’s most vulnerable girls are protected, empowered, and able to live fruitful lives free of exploitation. We believe that every child deserves freedom and a future.
Our rescue home offers a safe and loving environment, creating a sense of family that addresses the girl’s immediate need for security. Following this, we provide trauma-informed therapies for healing, along with education and life skills development to empower them to cultivate secure, independent, and fulfilling lives free of exploitation. We seek to be more than a rescue home – we want girl’s to experience complete restoration!

Why Nepal?
- Nepal faces one of the highest rates of trafficking and exploitation in South Asia, particularly among young girls. Yet, safe housing and trauma-informed care for survivors remain severely limited. We recognized a critical gap—where urgent help is needed most. Overcrowded shelters offer only temporary refuge, leaving at-risk girls without long-term support. Our vision is to create a place of lasting hope and healing—a home where recovery is possible and futures can be rebuilt.
How long can the girls stay at Garden For Hope?
- We don’t set a fixed time limit on a girl’s stay, because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Each girl arrives with her own story, needs, and unique path to recovery.
How many girls can the house accommodate?
- We are currently searching for a home that will comfortably support up to 10 girls, allowing us to provide personalized care and attention to each one. As we grow and receive additional support, we hope to expand our reach and open our doors to even more girls in need.
What does my donation go towards?
- Your donation directly provides a safe home, nutritious meals, clothing, medical care, counseling, education and vocational training. Our ultimate goal is to equip them with essential life skills so they can confidently reintegrate into society—pursuing self-employment or stable jobs and building independent, empowered futures beyond Garden for Hope.
